Nuke Anything Enhanced Updated to 0.67

Some people are annoyed by the blinking so I added preference to remove it.
You should go to about:config search for extensions.nuke_anything_enhanced.autoblink and set it to empty.

If you want less intrusive blinking you can set it to "3px solid #ccc" or "1px dashed red" without quotes.
